Hi,
I have a client that has a problem not being able to select specific profiles that are based on the Explorer solution. The profiles Explorer Reader and Explorer Writer does not appear in the dropdown list when accessing MEGA via the Web Front End.
Users are added to the correct license file and the profiles are linked to the users. The profiles are set to Active and are connected to the correct Application and Desktops. Any idea why it is not possible to select the Explorer profiles?
Enabling Business Roles instead of Profiles does not change anything.
The client has a test server with the same profiles and license setup. The Explorer profiles works fine in the test setup.
