Err070, fail to find supervision file

Hi,

While generating the logs from Mega Server Supervisor, below error comes up.

"ERR070, fail to find supervision file : Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Screenshot attached.

Any help please?

I assume the machine involved is a SSP server (IIS server running the Mega Site Server Provider service)

--> Can you check if a supervision log exists?

It should be called SSPSPRVSMM-DD-YY.txt, ex SSPSPRVS08-18-16.txt

It is located by default in the system temporary folder (ex: c:\system\temp)
