Hi community.
I'm having an issue with the front end. It is hopex v4 cp5.
I'm receiving the message "Service Unavailable", the weird thing is, the friday it was working fine, but today I'm receiving that message. I already restarted the services but nothing works.
What could be the problem? or how can I fix it?

Hello,
Most common seen issues are :
- the domain user password has expired
- the database user password has expired
- the SSL certificate (UAS) has expired
- there is no disk space left
- IIS application pool are stopped or crashed ==> reboot server

Hi,
Did you check the default site, is it running?
Also the IIS service running?
If both are running, I would suggest to restart both services and also HOPEX service.
