CRUD tool : how to disable "Validation" and "Compare and align"

Hello,

I want to disable by CRUD the item below:

MetaClass Application > Validation
MetaClass Application > Manage > Add to transfer..
MetaClass Application > Manage > Compare and align

In the CRUD Tool, i display MetaClass Application > Tool.
If find the MetaCommand Manager "Add to transfer". But i don't find the others : Validation and Compare and align.

Could you help me ?

MetaClass Application > Validation                                         MetaCommand Manager                                  Validation Candidate Object.Validation Command 
MetaClass Application > Manage > Add to transfer..           MetaCommand Manager                                  Transfer Candidate Object.Add to Transfer
MetaClass Application > Manage > Compare and align      MetaCommand Item                                          Object - External Compare
