(Instance is Version Hopex v1R3 CP11)
Our installation has an issue with ITPM Application Assessments not being displayed in the web or windows client.
There is a Solution identified for this problem Solution Number: 00005532
Solution Title: Unexpected issues regarding direct assessment values (Solution ITPM)
In the properties of an application, tab 'Assessement', new assessment values can be
created (click on button 'New') but are not displayed in the list.
The Solution says run the process in KB 00003025 but this states that it does not work with with HOPEX V1R2
A fix is expected (CR 41654, 41765)
I have tried the process but it has not worked on our instance - so is this a known issue for the version we have.
Also - is there a way to access CRs via the forum?

I checked CR 41654 and 41765.
These issue have been fixed with
I have updated the KB 00003025 accordingly
Notification of CR fix is made through list called fixlist that is delivered with each CP.
Note that CR 41765 is mentionned from CP1 to current CP (CP12 today)
