error in generating document

hi,

when our client try to generate document from mega 2009 sp 5 CP 11 ( document on the organization chart) we get an error msg  "script error : 

the member of the collection required does not exist "at line ..

: Microsft word " 

i tried to generate only the diagram and names but still the same msg

Hello Yassine

This looks like a technical error.

However as MEGA 2009 is no longer supported I do not suggest to open a case.

If you replicate the error with HOPEX V1R2-V1R3, you can open a case.

I you have to go further in MEGA 2009, I suggest you develop the descriptor from scratch (from zero)

i have one but not clear , i tried in my pc and it was generating ok but the post of client ( windows 8 and office 2013) no only for the organization but for other object (process) with personel chart are ok
