Hi Mega,
With the recent changes of moving the workspace management from the back-end to the front-end exclusively. We have encountered some inconveniences with the new way of handling workspace management.
How it used to be:
Before you could access the Administrator from the back-end which would showcase a list of all the inactive workspaces as well as their duration since their last dispatch, which made it easy to either Discard or Dispatch inactive workspaces.
How it currently is:
Now you have to manually select a single workspace which is currently inactive (Showcased in the image below) to see their duration (You can't select multiple inactive workspaces and see their respective durations) Which makes this task time-consuming when you have a larger amount of users.
Is there an alternative method to pull these numbers currently either through (excel export or API)? Otherwise my suggestion would be to change the front-end view to more accurately represent how it was before the workspace management got changed to front-end only.
