Quick question. There is some object that could be used as purchase order into MEGA? or that is not possible?

There would be several objects possible, depending on what your task is.
You can use the Concept object, which is used in conceptual data models and business dictionaries. You can use the Content object when modeling business processes.
In a logical data model you can also the Class object.
