We have upgraded from Hopex V1R1 to V1R2 recently. We are getting SQL Client error when try to access R2 from Citrix.
Thread(063c) : SQLSTATE:08001 Native error:11003 Message:[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]TCP Provider: A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup.
The same environment is accessible if we launch Mega from the app server directly. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

It is possible that the connection between the Citrix server and the database server is below expectations

1 ms latency maxumum
1 GBit/s bandwidth minimum
