Pie chart of all application in production

Hi, where can i click to create a simple pie chart that shows how many application are in production and the ones that are retired or preparation... etc.

I know that if you click on an application you can see its diagrams and you can also see its reports but those reports are for that applicacion. Where can i see the reports for all applications?
