New library missing

I want to create libraries to organize the objects in my repository, but when I do right-click on my repository in Home window, the menu not include "library". Is there any configuration option or license necessary for create libraries?

Configuration:  Mega 2009 SP 5 path 8 release 7 (725 - 3446)

Hi,

I think the first thing you need to check is the MetaModel filter. Launch the Administration.exe console and make sure that no configuration has been set to hide the concept of library.
