However, the phrase "starting a degraded mode" might need clarification. Typically, BCPs aim to restore operations to a functional state as quickly as possible, which may include operating in a degraded mode temporarily until full restoration is achieved.

This means that the exercise missing "Degraded Mode" and "Recovery Procedure"

This means that we can not use the BCM module to test our BCP's, because the implementation in HOPEX deviates from the standard.
