Management of MEGA Dispatches

I am searching for the option to enable the storage&visibility of the commands performed during a transaction.
These commands can be viewed in the "Repository Activity" tab of the MEGA Application but by default the publications are created but are empty.

If I understand, you meet an  issue with the dispatch of transactions in MEGA Desktop

What exactly do you mean with "but by default the publications are created but are empty. " ?
