Has anyone built a Process Dashboard?

Hi All, 

I'm wondering if any HOPEX teams have built a dashboard for Processes?

OOTB I get an Application Dashboard, which isn't useful, as we are only using HOPEX for Process Management not EA. 

Could you share a snapshot, how much effort it took, if you engaged Mega to complete or did it alone?

It sounds very complex. Especially when I think about how to collect all these metrics, and how you will ensure the quality of the data to this dashboard. 

I will be happy to share our dashboard developed by our brilliant partner Bizcon https://bizcon.dk 
We have worked on our governance and data for this dashboard for about 13 years to come this far. We have around 100 employees collecting data in HOPEX. We are running after the pricipals (Teach, Lead and Audit) to mange data quality in HOPEX. This is our licens to operate in the banking business.

Hi, it would be similar to the CIO Dashboard but instead of reporting on the Application object it's the Process object. I generally like to share insights like, #/% processes without owners, process maturity, process assessment results, #/% critical processes, process performance insights - cycle times, TCO etc, automation opportunities, risk & controls, they should be exec level insights to drive action on process outcomes. I can share some examples from other BPM tools if needed?
