MEGA Standard File not Found : template.dot

Hi Community ,

We are getting this error message in web thin Client while extracting the report , But document is extracted sucessfuly in background and dowloaded . This issue is not occured in thick client

MEGA Standard File not Found : template.dot

Any idea ?

Maybe an objet is mapped with a .dot template and this file cannot be found on disk.

Indications

1. Check if a file 'template.dot' is specified in the properties of an object involved (Report Template (MS word) or a RTF Descriptor)
2. Check if such a file exists in the folder <HOPEX installation>\Mega_Std or <HOPEX installation>\Mega_Usr or <HOPEX environment>\Mega_usr
