Login mega is locked on V5.0 CP 5

Our login mega (hopex customizer un adminstrator profil) is locked, how can we unlocked it?

You may have to Stop the Core in HAS in V5 - then you will be able to reset the password in the Windows Admin tool using the system login

Can you use "System" user in Administration.exe and change the Mega user password? it will unlock it.

We don't have other admin users. mega is the unique customizer and hopex administrator.

It is't a forgot password but a typo produced several time. Furthermore, the mega user is hopex local login.

if you use forgot password you received an email that will also unlock the user
