License problem

Hi,

We are currently experiencing problems with our licenses .

Indeed , we are supposed to X token of licenses and N (N < X) users connected we have no access to these licenses.

Example: we have 5 licenses ARC , ARC 3 users logged asking and only 2 with this license .

You would know from where could come from this?

Try Cleanup from License utility if that does not work try reset license configurations.
