Icons not displayed in webclient

Hi team,

We have customized an icon for ‘IT Service’ Concept. The new icon is set according to value of some attribute. This icon file is present in the Mega_std folder and the mega_usr folder and it can be viewed in mega tool. However this icon is not displayed while accessing via the webclient.

Please check the attached screenshots. ( 'Application Internal Components' is same as 'IT Service')

Can you please help us regarding this ?

It is strange that behavior is correct with Windows Front-end and not correct with Web Front-End. 

This is not a known issue. If the issue persists, open a case so that we can perform further investigations.
