Probably the user transaction did not end correctly due to the error. In the MEGA administration tool, log into the environment and check the transactions in the environment for all users. There is probably a user which has a transaction on the systemDb still but not on a normal repository. This is preventing the user of logging in. If that is the case, delete the systemDb transaction and he will be able to log in again.
