How to connect Regulation Framework

Hi community. 

It is possible to connect a Business Process with a Regulation Framework? We are using a risk diagram with the profile Process Functional Administrator and we are receiving this message. 

What could be the problem?

up to HOPEX V4, BPA / Risk Mapper relies on the legacy "regulation framework" model (introduced in the former "Mega Control and Risk" product)

- the process / regulation framework link is indeed not available on the 'risk diagram' (which has a stronger 'risk' focus)

- however, the link is available in the 'regulation framework' properties :

in HOPEX V5, BPA / Risk Mapper has been updated with the new metamodel inherited from the IRM / compliance solution ; the legacy risk diagram has not been updated so far

in a similar manner, the link can be done in the regulation properties
