GraphiQL: Introspection is not allowed error

Hi Community,

We recently installed the HOPEX GraphQL IDE module. The access to the tool is working but we got the error "Introspection is not allowed" . 

We are using Hopex V5 CP7.

Problem solved with the help of mega support.

In order that GraphiQL IDE works properly, the HAS instance should be in developement mode.

The full page is not visible in you attached screenshot but I assume it matches with the below standard welcome page:

I don't think, it will be an issue since you can run the queries and see the results.

But I would suggest to use browser in the incognito mode or you can also clear your browser's cache or application cookies. I hope this will help.

Thank you for your reply.

We didn't run "environment automatic update" after downloading the GraphQL IDE module.

I did after your answer, but the problem persist.

The query is working and it returns the list of available applications.

Could you please confirm if the "environment automatic update" was run after downloading the GraphQL IDE module?

You can also try to run this command, if this shows anything:
