Thanks For the Help.
I have gone through all the steps for testing the SSP communication, particularly when i test the following component
Check called at SSP and get the list of environments.
The test didn't succeed, the XML file returns an error code.
Also i forgot to mention that when i redirect Hopex Webclient website from http to https via IIS configuration,i face the same error mentioned in the previous post.

Even if SSP is starting, communication with SSP does not seems to be correct

Check also that there is an application pool HOPEXMWAS and that identity settings are correct.
It the issue persists, open a case so that we can perform further investigations.

we could now restart the ssp successfully, but we still face the below error when trying to login HOPEX Web
Front-end.

Could you please help out with this issue.

The SSP is a key component. If it does not start, it will not be posible to use HOPEX Web Front-end.
This error is a generic error. There can be many causes.
