SSL issue - Web Front End (V2)

Hi,

I am geeting below error on Web Front End with SSL configured on V2. This is Domain environment and Web service is running. Environment and must license are stored on network location.

Screenshot also attached.

Error occured for IIS (SSP): Check SSP Application pool is running and its impersonation user. (The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.)

An error occured while getting Environments: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.(The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.)

Hi Asim,

Seems like your certificate is okay. Can you please check that you are giving correct web application path according to you SSL certificate?

For example: abc.test.com/hopex (Please check the screenshot 1)

Also check that the same path is entered in MEGA (Screenshot 2)

Last thing, the same path should be mention in “megasite.ini” and web.config
