Error in Diagrams Preview

Hi, 

Each time I'm using the "Preview" menu on an application (right-click application - Preview...), if the application is displayed in a Technical Infrastructure diagram or in a City Planning diagram, I get the following error when trying to navigate through all available diagrams:

A server error has occurred.

Page reloading is recommended.

Then we are not able to navigate thought the available diagrams. 

Is it a bad setup on our side or something that can be fixed? 

We are on V1R2 CP04

It seems to work now. We have updated to V1R1-CP07 since the question was asked, maybe it was fixed by the version.

There are so many logs... which one should I look at? I mean in which location/file should I check?

What does the log says about that error?

The internal server error 500 is because the server had gotten request that it can't handle. Reseaching in the log will give you more inside what exactly went wrong
