I assume, you are referring to the below error:
This error shows that the user is already connected or has an open session. If this is the case, then you kill the user's session from the HAS admin console:
You can also find the PID of the user from megaerr log file and kill this session from the windows task manager on the HOPEX server.
If nothing works, then the easiest option is to restart the HOPEX instance if possible 🙂
