Disable "New" and "Connect" Buttons

Is there a way to disable the “Create/New” or “Connect” button located at the toolbar  of a section/group in case at least one object is already present  in that  section/group.

The purpose of this is to make sure there should only be one object added or linked in a section/group.

Dear ACEstanislao

You can enforce that only one object can be connected by enforcing a one to many relationship on the mentioned group. Although this will not disable the buttons mentioned.

If you wan to disable these buttons you have to fully customized the used property page
