Differences in time in logs

I'm checking the logs generated by supervisor tool, and I found for event at almost same time this

dtpx20211129   10:58:04 PM

uas-20211129    12:58:49

ssplog20211129  14:58:40

Other logs have 12:58 or 14:58

Time in server: 12:58

Time in local machine: 14:58 (where logs were generated)

Why dtpx has that time? Do you know if the difference between server and pc time have some effects?

"dtpx" logs show UTC time.. You can double check what is the current UTC time and does that match with "dtpx" time?
