Contributors not able to connect Collaborative workspace

In HOPEX V4, if I have a process owner assigned an Organizational Process, that inside a Collaborative Workspace - if I invite the Owner to participate in a review (voting) on the process changes, that user is not able to connect (will not even see the option to join) the collaborative workspace.

It seems that the profile Process Contributor and Process Contributor Lite is not able to see Collaborative Workspaces.

This could be because the above two profiles are using a WET which uses Public work space.
