Environment Update failed from Hopev V2R1 U02 to Hopex V2R1 U03

Hi ,

 We are using Hopex V2R1 U02 (785-4903-4950).

I am trying to update Hopex from V2R1 U02 to  Hopex V2R1 U03.

While performing Environment Update it got failed in middle with the error “There is already an object named ‘A_BLOB’ in the database”.

Does anyone have idea about this error, what might be the reason of this error.

Hi,

This is a known issue from upgrading U2 to U3 and it has been resolved with Hotfix 3 and up. 

Try to install again with U3, install HF 3+ and then run the "automatic environment update".
