Add a menu-bar section

I'm looking for a way to add a custom menu-item in the top menu-bar (File, Edit, View, Tools, Help) of MEGA modelling suite. I would like to add one between tools and help. I know how to add menu-items using MetaCommands on objects, however I was wondering if the same can be done to add your custom items in the top menubar?

A menu item is a MetaCommand object

In a certain extend, it is possible to control the position where this menu item is displayed in the main menu of the MEGA EA destkop

Ex: Add a menu File > Export > MyExport
