I have problem when i try to access to an environment (demonstration) in using web front end .

Did you open an case and receive a solution?

Try to log with Mega.exe and check in the MetaClass with _idabs ')Nb5gYnxKz3K' exists

If no, it means that the environment is not really in release V1R3

It the issue persists, open a case with MEGA technical support

Hello

It seems that metamodel is missing in the target environment

It is likely that

• The installation is in version HOPEX V1R3
• The environment is in version HOPEX V1R2: it has NOT yet been upgraded to HOPEX V1R3
