when i try to create new skill for an user i have an error message "Unable to process operation on the Bibliothèque object"

This looks like an error. I will report this.

This tab 'skills' should not be displayed in Administration.exe

Please do not use it in Administration.exe.

This tab is related to the solution 'Internal Audit'

If you use this product, specify the skills of a perso through the web front-end.
