Looking for a diagram with symbols supporting phisical modeling... DIV-3 in DoDAF library has one symbol (Table). Looking for a compatible diagram with a menu of symbols (phisical modeling). Something usable for socializing EA with hardware/software engineers.

Physical modelling = infrastructure components like servers, routers, firewalls etc?

 

if so, there is the technical infrastructure diagram in MEGA Architecture if I'm not mistaken.
