cannot open MEGA

 can you please help us?, We suddenly cannot open MEGA Application.(no error message received) .we can ping and see trace route of the path ,

would you know what went wrong?. and how we can fix this?.... Please help, Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Jhorber,

Good Day, thank you, i've already send this case to mEGA support. we'll just wait for the reply,

but later friday the application run again that was around 5:00PM before going home. we would like to know what went wrong what are the cause of the misbehavior, and what can we do to fix it so that we can prevent it from happening.
