When mouse R Click Paste, in the RTF text the cursor sweeps all the text

Hello,

In Mega 2009-SP4-CP14 with the Option "Edition of texts/Verification of the spelling during the typing" On

When mouse R Click Paste, in the RTF text editor the cursor sweeps all the text after paste. This behavior is more fast when paste with keyboard (CTRL+C)

When the option is off, the behavior with keyboard is correct, but when mouse R-click paste the cursor sweeps also.

It's very penalizing when paste in a long text.

Is this behavior corrected in future CP?

This behaviour is related to a technical step in the Rich Text editor.

The value of the text (example the comment of an application) is parsed to process MEGA fields

Indeed MEGA fields need a specific processing when text is updated.

This processing explains the blink/sweep effect and the possible time.

Changes are expected in a coming CP of MEGA 2009 SP5 to improve the behaviour as much as possible.

• When possible, we want to avoid this processing step to save time and limit the blink/sweep effect.
• When this processing step is required (because MEGA fields exist in the text) and takes time, we want to notify customers.
