Web Front End Access Problem (horizontal Scaling)

We have made an horizontal scaling deployment, which has two web servers, an application server and a load balancer, the installation of the Hopex on each server was made successfully, on all installations using a secure port (the certificates were supplied by the customer), following the installation manuals and the manufacturer's recommendations.

Once the installation was completed, separate tests were performed on both web servers, that mean, testing the functionality of each of the web node configured at application server using the setting "DelegatedLogin = 0". Both web server was working without problem but at this point no load balancing settings were applied yet.

Once the operation of the servers was independently tested, the load balancer configuration was made and the balancing URLs were setted within the websites of each of the web servers:

After the two web nodes were configured and the load balancer was in operation, access tests were performed, however, when an user is authenticating and loading the work environment, the system remains blank and after a few seconds requests to reload the page, this behavior happens from cyclically, the evidence images are attached below.

I would suggest you open a case if you are looking for assistance regarding this.  Please make sure to include a copy of your error logs as well as a time of issue reproduction and the logs from the F12 Console.
