Hi,
We have upgraded from Hopex V1R1 to V1R2 recently. We are getting SQL Client error when try to access R2 from Citrix.
Thread(063c) : SQLSTATE:08001 Native error:11003 Message:[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]TCP Provider: A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup.
The same environment is accessible if we launch Mega from the app server directly. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Hi Mohammed,
Thanks for your response. The issue is resolved as we granted readonly access to the MEGA folder to all the users.

Since you can launch the MEGA V1R2 from the application server, this means that the V1R2 release has been correctly installed and the database instance on the SQL server is up-to-date and running.
The error message you are getting has just one meaning: the Citrix server cannot recognize the V1R2 software / the SQL instance.
You can try to delete the published application that refers to the V1R1 installation and create a new published application that refers to the new release V1R2.
Normally, this solution should work if you have not brought any changes on your Citrix server that could impact the running of MEGA V1R2.
