As much as possible, use specific and clear questions and demonstrate your assertion (details, images...)

In the desktop on Windows Front-End, the list of navigation windows (Main Objects, Diagrams...) is supposed to be saved.

There was an issue about this in recent CPs: the user configuration was not saved and the default list was systematically restored.
