Query tool performance issue

Hi Community,

I want to see all the Organizational process objects which are having history by using a query tool 

" Select [Organizational Process]  Where [ChangedItemDataPublic] Is Not Null ".

When I run the above query, Hopex tool automatically going to not responding mode. even after 30 minutes also the same results.

When I run "Select [Organizational Process]"  is not taking more than 1 min for +- 7k objects.

Please help me out on this to improve the perfomance.

Note : Executed the default index rebuilding utility using administration tool.
