Object Confidentiality by Macro

Hello Community , Is there any API to perfrom/control this object confidentiality by macro. ?

In macro , we have to define a query to filter in object area , should be selected "propagate" option ,selected perimeter, selected "Read access area . It should run these process....Everything should be handlbed by macro , the same way we have to define for "Protect Objects" too.
