Mega Supervisor Hopex licence

Hi community,

We have an issue with Mega supervisor licence. In fact, the first user who get connected to Mega Architecture, take the licence of Mega Supervisor too. Despite that no body is using it.

And when the user close Mega Architecture both licences are released (architecture and supervisor).

We are using hopex V1R3 CP16.

Please how can we fixe this issue.

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested and solved the problem.

However, i think its a bug in Mega. because the licence of a product should be taken only when it is used.

You can create new profile which isolates **** and SUP , And assign those profiles to respective users based on there need.
