Hello,
I am kind of a rookie in MEGA HOPEX V1R1 CP02 and don't know if I am having a license problem, a configuration problem, or an identity problem. If I try to go into the MetaModel via the Administration UI I get the message that MEGA Supervisor is not available.
Any information that will at least tell me if this is my problem or something I need support for would help.

Hello,
Is your system in a domain or a workgroup ?
Seems that if your system is in a workgroup, there is an issue with the license.
All users are connecting with the same user credentials, so first come, first served, that counts also for the supervisor license.

Have you checked if you have the Supervisor product when you connected to MEGA? try to take a look 🙂
Help > About MEGA > System Information
You probably don't have such license...
If it's the case, then, check firstly that your MUST license contains a least tocken of this product and secondly you are correctly configured as a possible user.
Check also if the token has been already taken by another user.
