Login Identifier thru thick client

Dear Community Users , Any idea why the login short name doesnt save automatically on the mega identifier when launch it from the thick client. 

It was saved automatically earlier , now everytime have to enter the login ID over there .

There is an issue with mixed deployment (same machine used for both Windows and Web Front-end)

Fixed in HOPEX V1R2-V1R3 CP15.0 and higher CP

Before that there was an issue with Windows Front-end deployment
