Hi all,
Is there a simple way (as admin) to kick out a user that forgot to logout ?
We tried both from Web Admin and Windows Admin.
Thanks,
Raphaël

Hi RGenin,
I'm glad I was able to help! As for a reason, it can be hard to explicitly pinpoint but its usually due to a restart of a core Hopex related executable (like the MGWSSP) without first terminating all the mgwspros that were instantiated.
Hope that helped 🙂

Thank you for the answer, accepted as solution.
Is there a specific reason why I was the only user showed up whereas several user (thus several others processes) were there ?
Thanks again

Hi,
You could also leverage our Supervision utility on the web server to identify the user's supporting process (mgwspro.exe) via its PID (Process ID) then force terminating it by Window's Task Manager.
Otherwise, recycling the Hopex deployment (via the Same Supervision Utility) to force terminate all Hopex related executables so you could delete the usre's workspace (via Hopex Administration.exe).
I hope that helps 🙂

Try adding /Admin to your HOPEX url. Here you can see which users still have an active session and you can disconnect them from here
