We are using HOPEX and it is connected with Service Desk application.

Question, it is possible to connect HOPEX with a Virtual Server in order to obtain information about the Virtual server?

Not sure to get your question.

Out of the box HOPEX does not scan the hardware or other software to generate the inventory.

We have complementary feature to perform such action.
