Invalid UTF8 Character Sequence

Hi,

i have a question regarding translations. if i request the translation of the comment, i often receive an error 

code which generates the error:

Dim sFRname As String = oComment.Translate("~B0SNPuLckCQ3[Francais]").Value.ToString

the error is a popup saying " Invalid UTF8 Character Sequence" and the same is in the logfile :

Any idea what's wrong and how to avoid this ?

After investigations, the direct cause of the error is the formatting of the text value involved.

The solution was to delete the formating using the button 'Delete text formatting'
