I would like to change the shape of one of our objects (Business Process) and to replace the existing symbols (shape) of all the business processes in all the diagrams with a new one.
I tried editting the current shape using the shape editor, but I still have to go manually and use the "Reinitialize shapes" feature to impose all the font format.
Any suggestion on what is the best way to do this?

As Lionel said, the approach if you need to update basic elements (color, font..) is to
- Identify the shape file used by MEGA for this type of diagram and this type of object
- Copy the shape file to the Mega_usr folder
- Change the definition of the shape with shape editor

Hello Rami,
To summarize and to go directly to the solution (I hope it was that):
You copy the shape from its repository ( ...\Mega_Std\pictures.7220\method\ for instance) to the local /Mega_Usr repository of your environment.
Do not change the name ...
Edit the copied file with the shape editor.
MEGA is looking for the last declared mgs file ... so your models will be automatically opened with these default (modified) shapes.
Regards,
