Hopex Static web Generation Failure

When we try to generate Hopex Static Web, the generation process always stuck on page 2759 of 2770.
we already try to create new portal with the same template but the same error still appears,
any advice to solve this issue ?

If you are unable to identify a clear issue within the logs as suggested by asimhassen, please feel free to submit a case for further investigation.

There could be few reasons causing this failure.
The Web trace option is a good way to start and see where it actually fails
1. Enable "Extended" options 

2. Enable "Web trace"

3. Generate the website and when it fails, check the logs

4. It normally shows which descriptor it failed on and also the object
