HOPEX V2R1 - unable to start Hopex Monitoring Tools

recently i have tried access Hopex Monitoring tools on V2R1 but error pop up.

i have followed the instruction but still error

anyone have experience? please share

yes i have give the folder access right and tried before access from http://<myserveradress>/HOPEXMonitor but still not opened, which configuration need to be done on IIS?

Hello,

It is weird on your screenshot you access it from c:\. The documentation says you must give access right. Not that you launch it from C drive.

it should be access from IIS with proper http:// or https://   as described in the documentation.

So it give the impression this is not properly installed.
