Error searching on web client

Hello,

Hopex V2 installation with web front end. User enters a search phrase, Mega is working for 10-20 seconds and displays error:

Error details:

Session is aborted and user has to login again. Any hints or should we open a support incident?

This type of error is typically caused by insuffient IIS settings. Please find the recommended settings below.

Recommendations

Idle Time-out (minutes)

Default IIS value: 20.

MEGA recommendation: keep 20.

Regular time interval (in minutes)

Default IIS value: 1740 (29 hours).

MEGA general recommendation: 0 (disabled)

For advanced case, customer can decide another settings
